AREA To Host Second Annual December Fundraiser Charity Race on iRacing

In December 2021, an event for AREA iRacing was created that we knew we wanted to reoccur. 

After massive destruction due to large storms and tornadoes ran through southern Kentucky in December 2021, AREA iRacing wanted to find a way to help. We decided to host a fundraiser race on December 17th, 2021. The event raised over $1,100 that was donated directly to the American Red Cross Foundation. 

Given the nature of the holiday season, we agreed that the last Friday before our annual holiday break we would host a fundraiser event for a good cause that would send us into the holidays with a little extra gratitude. 

This year, we wanted to recognize that there are a lot of people who may feel  alone around the holiday season, which is why we have decided to fundraise for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. 

To do so, we will be hosting an all-inclusive iRacing event in the dirt street stocks at USA Speedway that will be live-streamed on all of our usual broadcasting networks. Participants are asked to make a donation of any size to our fundraiser.
